Incoming student-athletes, as well as those returning for the 2014-2015 academic year, are asked to pay close attention to the medical clearance protocol. Pertinent information for both new student-athletes and returnees can be found below:
Please thoroughly review all information and complete the appropriate paperwork prior to arriving on campus. Please make sure each form is completed in its entirety and bears the appropriate signatures. All forms must be completed and handed in to the athletic trainers prior to any team activities including the first days of practice. If you are a student-athlete that is interested in playing any fall-ball activities for non-fall sports or try-outs, all forms must also be completed and handed in prior to the deadline for fall sports.
Student-athletes who do not have the required medical clearance for participation from their physician will not be permitted to begin team activities including the first days of practice.Â
