Abington finished the regular season with a 5-16 overall record, and 3-12 in the North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC), while Cazenovia improved to 7-18 on the year and 7-9 in the conference.

Sophomore Stephanie Keyes scored 20 points and had six rebounds with four assists to lead Abington against the Wildcats. Senior Janay Winston had 18 points, six rebounds and three steals. Juniors Jessica Schmidt and Breanna Lineman tallied eight points each.
