ABINGTON, Pa. – The Penn State Abington men's soccer team outshot Cazenovia 17-6 but couldn't convert a goal, as they lost a heartbreaker to the wildcats 1-0, Saturday afternoon.
 
The Nittany Lions drop to 6-5 for the year and 4-3 in the North Eastern Athletic Conference, while Cazenovia improves to 5-6 and 4-3 in conference.
 
In the first half the best chance came for the Nittany Lions when Chris Van Pelt (Doylestown, Pa.) took a long shot that curled to the corner and went off the crossbar.
 
The Wildcats broke the deadlock in the 89^th minute when Ryan Mollura slotted his shot past the keeper.
 
The Nittany Lions will look to rebound tomorrow when they host NEAC leader Morrisville St. at noon.
