Men's Soccer Closes Season with Draw Against Penn College, 1-1

ABINGTON, Pa. – A late goal from Richard Domico (Langhorne, Pa.) forced overtime, but the Penn State Abington men's soccer team couldn't break through as the Nittany Lions settled for a 1-1 draw against Penn College, Saturday afternoon.

The Nittany Lions finish the season 6-7-3 overall and 4-5-3 in the North Eastern Athletic Conference while Penn College finish 6-12-1 overall and 4-7-1 in conference.

Penn College were first on the board in the second half when Robert Klingerman cut through the defense and finished to the top right corner.

Abington pressed the Wildcats in the second half until Thomas Vessels (Jenkintown, Pa.) put a long ball into the box that Domico headed in for his 9th goal of the season in 88th minute.

The Nittany Lions forced three saves from the Wildcats goalkeeper but couldn't get beat the keeper as theyclosed out their season with a draw.
