GLENSIDE, Pa. – Freshman goalkeeper Samantha Friend (Philadelphia, Pa.) recorded 10 saves, but it wasn't enough to hold Arcadia (3-2), as the Knights topped the Nittany Lions (2-1) 1-0, Saturday afternoon.
 
The Nittany Lions could only connect with one shot while Arcadia recorded 30 shots with 11 on goal.  
 
The goal came early in the second half at the 48^th minute. A cross from the Knights Kayla Haberbosch connected with Lennon Kramer to beat the keeper.
 
Abington will take the week off and travel to Swarthmore College on Monday September 21 at 7:00 p.m.
