LANCASTER, Pa. - The Penn State Abington women's basketball team fell to 6-2 and 2-2 in the North Eastern Athletic Conference after a 78-42 defeat to Lancaster Bible Saturday afternoon.
The Chargers dominated the first period holding the Nittany Lions to only five points the entire quarter.
Abington bounced back in the second period when they added 19 points to the board, with seven of them coming from freshman
Shayna Rodriguez (Philadelphia, Pa.).

Mallory Mugnier (Abington, Pa.) opened the third quarter by forcing a turnover and taking it to the rim for the layup, but the Nittany Lions were outscored 20-6.
Rodriguez led the Nittany Lions with 10 points and junior
Madison Kimball (Jenkintown, Pa.) went into double figures on the boards with 12 rebounds.
The Nittany Lions will return home to host Penn College on Wednesday January 13, at 8:00 p.m.
