MARCY, NY - The Penn State Abington women's volleyball team squared off in its first NEAC tournament game since 2012 against Gallaudet, but the Bison swept the Nittany Lions 3-0 on Friday afternoon.

The Nittany Lions close their season at 21-10 overall and 8-5 in the NEAC.

In the first set, the Nittany Lions lost a close battle to the Bison 25-23, but in the second set they lost to Gallaudet  with a 25-18 decision. The Bison closed out the match with a 25-16 win in the third set.

NEAC First Team Selection Sam Amaro (Philadelphia, Pa.) led the Nittany Lions with 21 kills in the game and earned nine digs in the match.
