MORRISVILLE, NY – The Penn State Abington men's soccer team saw its phenomenal season end with a 4-1 loss to Keuka College in the NEAC semifinal on Saturday night.
The Nittany Lions finish the season with a 12-4-1 record.
In the first half the Wolves were first on the board with a goal in the 27
th minute from Paulin Kolodja. The Nittany Lions responded with three shots but none of them could find the target. The Wolves doubled their lead in the 43
rd minute with a goal by Chris Milard.
After the half senior
Richard Domico (Langhorne, Pa.) sparked some offense when he crossed a beautiful ball to the left post that was finished by
Hernando Villamil (Philadelphia, Pa.).
Keuka goalkeeper Willie Romero was pressed by the Nittany Lions with two saves in the next few minutes, but two goals with 25 minutes left on the clock sealed the victory for the Wolves.
The Wolves will move on to face the host Morrisville State after they defeated Wells College 2-0 earlier in the day.
