READING, PA. – The Penn State Abington women's soccer team faced off against the reining NEAC Champions Penn State Berks, but couldn't pull off the upset in a 9-0 loss to their rivals on Tuesday evening.

The Nittany Lions kept their playoff appearance streak alive, but end their season with a 6-11-1 record.

Abington was pummeled with shots from Berks with 16 saves between senior Greta Sheridan (Horsham, Pa.) and junior goal keeper Samantha Friend (Philadelphia, Pa.).

Penn State Berks, took a 4-0 lead in the first half and didn't turn off the gas with another five goals in the second half.
