ANNANDALE-ON-HUDSON, NY –The Penn State Abington women's volleyball team wrapped up their season with split against John Jay College and Maritime. In the first match the Nittany Lions fell to the Bloodhounds 3-0, but were able to bounce back with a 3-0 win of their own over Maritime.
Junior
Cortney Schwar (Annandale, NJ) became the Nittany Lions all-time leader in assists after recording 38 assists between both games, overtaking
Sam Nelson's record set in 2014.
Senior
Andia Anderson (Philadelphia, PA) finished her career with the Nittany Lions earning 19 kills to lead the Nittany Lions. Defensively,
Angie Tabares (Hackensack, NJ) led Abington with 30 kills between both matches.
The Nittany Lions fell to John Jay in the firsts match 25-21, 25-18, and 25-12, but dominated Maritime 25-8, 25-18, and 25-22.
