WILKES-BARRE, PA – The Penn State Abington men's tennis team continued its weekend road trip, but fell to Kings College, 9-0 on Sunday afternoon. After the loss the Nittany Lions fall to 5-7.
Abington struggled in the first and third flight in doubles, but in the second doubles match
Ilker Erkut (Philadelphia, PA) and
Andrew Mandujano (Philadelphia, PA) battled the Monarch's but fell shy in a 9-7 loss.
In the top flight in singles
Michael Litz (Huntingdon Valley, PA) took a 6-3 advantage in the first set, but fell in the next two 3-6, 3-10.
Abington will play their final regular season game this season at Arcadia on Tuesday afternoon at 3:30 p.m.
