CAMDEN, NJ -- Sophomore
Michael Litz (Huntingdon Valley, PA) shined with a 6-0 shutout and a 8-2 doubles win on Sunday afternoon. Â His performance helped the Nittany Lions to their second consecutive win with a 7-2 win decision over Rutgers-Camden University. The Nittany Lions improve to 2-4 for the season.
In doubles action the Nittany Lions won all three positions, with scores of 8-2 in the first match, and 8-3 in the others.
Abington cruised through singles action with wins in the 1, 2, 3, and 5 position.
The Nittany Lions will return to conference action when they travel to College of Saint Elizabeth on Thursday April 12, at 3:30 p.m.
