READING, PA – The Penn State Abington softball team wrapped up their season with an 8-0 loss to Penn State Berks in the first round of the NEAC Tournament on Thursday afternoon.

Penn State Abington struggled at the plate with only one hit from Becca Dougherty (Churchville, Pa.).

Berks knocked in three runs in the first inning with a home run to left field.  The hosts put away Abington in the fifth inning with four runs and advance to host the tournament this weekend.
