ABINGTON, PA – The Penn State Abington women's volleyball team hosted NEAC power Gallaudet, but fell to the Bison in a close 3-1 match on Wednesday night.
The Nittany Lions fall to 3-14 for the season and 0-5 in the NEAC.

Lauren O'Keeffe (Yardley, PA) led the Nittany Lions in kills for the night with 11, while Eva Ashley (Marion, TX) tied a career high 14 digs leading Abington defensively.

The Bison took the first set in the match with a 25-15 win, but in the second set the Nittany Lions clawed out of a deficit and earned a 30-28 win in the second set.  Gallaudet responded by winning the third set 25-18 to take the 2-1 advantage, and put away the Nittany Lions with a 25-15 win.

The Nittany Lions will hit the road this weekend and travel to Rutgers Camden for a tri-match with the Scarlet Raptors and Albright College, starting at 11:00 a.m.
