WINTER HAVEN, FL - The Penn State Abington baseball team faced off against DeSales, but fell to the Bulldogs 10-1 on Monday afternoon. The Nittany Lions fall to 3-5 after the loss.

Joseph Rizzo (Gibbstown, NJ) led the way going 3-of-4 with an RBI and a double at the plate.

The Bulldogs led off with four runs in the first inning. Abington got onto the board in the third inning with an RBI double by Rizzo. The Nittany Lions got onto the bases with 10 hits but stuggled to put runs across the plate while DeSales scored six unanswered runs.

The Nittany Lions will have a day off before they face Mitchell College on Wednesday afternoon.
