LANGHORNE, PA – The Penn State Abington women's soccer team traveled to Cairn University, but couldn't come out on top in a 2-0 loss to the Highlanders on Tuesday evening. After the loss the Nittany Lions fall back to .500 with a 2-2 record.
The Nittany Lions were outshot by the Highlanders 28-6 forcing the reigning NEAC Defensive Player of the Week
Morgan O'Loughlin to make 11 saves.
Sophomore
Allyson Holtz was the lone Nittany Lion to ger her shot on target forcing a save for Cairn.
Next the Nittany Lions will travel to Lancaster Bible for a critical conference game on Friday afternoon at 4:00 p.m.
