ABINGTON, PA – The Penn State Abington women's soccer team hosted reigning NEAC champions Penn State Berks but couldn't pull off the upset in a 7-0 loss on Saturday afternoon. After the loss the Nittany Lions fall to 2-5 for the season and 0-2 in the conference.

Abington held Penn State Berks to a single goal in the first half after conceding on a set piece goal.  The hosts frustrated the visitors in the first half, but couldn't keep Berks at bay. The visitors netted six goals in the second half to put away Abington.

The Nittany Lions will look to rebound when they travel to Penn State Harrisburg on Wednesday afternoon at 3:00 p.m.
