Box Score WASHINGTON, DC. – Four different Nittany Lions were involved in the Penn State Abington men's soccer team scoring a 4-0 shutout over Gallaudet on Saturday afternoon at Hotchkiss Field. After the win the Nittany Lions move to 4-3 overall and pick up a win in the United East Conference at 1-1 for the year.

Michael Thomas and Roan Vadakan all got onto the scoresheet while the Nittany Lions fired 18 shots with nine on target. In goal
Matt Sheldon kept the Bison off the board with four saves.
In the first half Sheldon played in a long ball from goal all the way down field to hit Agolli where he put the ball in the back of the net in the 22
nd minute to give the Nittany Lions a 1-0 lead. Abington kept pressing throughout the first half but couldn't crack the Bison with eight shots in the first half.
Out of the break in the 50
th minute, Gibson earned his fourth goal of the year when Thomas put in a ball to the freshman forward and he fired home from 20 yards out into the right side of the net. Five minutes later Thomas picked up a goal of his own when Agolli slotted a perfect through ball that was put past the keeper for his fourth goal of the season. In the 87
th minute Vadakan opened his collegiate account when
Robert Lare crossed in the ball from the left wing that was put in the post to give Abington the 4-0 win.
Abington is back in action when they travel to Moravian College on Thursday night under the lights at 7:00 p.m.
