How It Happened

* Moravian scored the game's first goal 10 minutes in as Alex Daniele gave the Greyhounds a 1-0 lead with his first goal of the season.  Moravian doubled its lead in the 40th minute when Carson Snyder connected on his fourth goal on the year.

* Appearing as if Moravian would enter halftime with a two-goal lead, Abington flipped the script and turned it into a one goal game.  Junior Mike Thomas came through with his third goal of the season with 10 seconds remaining in the first half to make the score 2-1.

* The Greyhounds quickly added to their lead at the start of the second half.  Dave Steinbach gave his team a 3-1 advantage when he scored his third goal of the season in the 50th minute.  Less than three minutes later, Moravian made the score 4-1 with Ben Scary's fifth strike of the season to cap the scoring.

Inside the Box Score

* Junior goalkeeper Matt Sheldon made four saves in net and as a result moved into sole possession of second place in the program's record book for career saves.  Sheldon now has 119 saves in his career passing former standout Dan Saint-Pol who collected 115 saves in his two-year career from 2013-14.  In addition, Sheldon's 68 saves on the year are tied for third-most in program history.
