UNION, NJ – The Penn State Abington women's team began the spring portion of its schedule with a 9-0 non-conference setback at Kean University.

Also playing their first collegiate matches were the sophomore tandem of
Melissa Flood and
Taylor LaPage at third doubles. They won four games in an 8-4 setback.
