How It Happened

* St. Mary's took all three doubles competitions to open the match with a 3-0 lead.  At first doubles, junior Adrian Condes and freshman Andrew Brown gave St. Mary's duo Stephen Alam and Kier Nacua all they could handle as the competition went to an 8-5 decision.

* The Seahawks clinch the match with victories at third and fourth singles.

* At second singles, Brown battled Nacua and was up 6-4 in the first set before the match was decided. The second set went unfinished.

Abington finished the season 5-7 overall and 2-3 in conference play.  It's a four-win improvement from the season prior when the team finished 1-4 and 0-3 in the conference.
