How It Happened

* Rutgers-Camden scored six first half goals, including three by Joseph Lodise who registered a hat-trick when he scored his third goal of the half in the 25^th minute. Lodise scored the first two goals of the game in the 11^th and 14^th minutes to give the Scarlet Raptors an early 2-0 lead.

* Abington spoiled the home team's shutout bid early in the second half when freshman Aramis Shire found the back of the net for the first time in his collegiate career. Shire's goal came in the 49^th minute.

All-Time Series
Tonight marked the seventh meeting between Abington and Rutgers-Camden since the start of the 2017 season. The Nittany Lions are now 0-6-1 versus the Scarlet Raptors in the all-time series.
