Joe Pavlow was named the Assosiate Athletic Director for Penn State Abington after nine years as the Baseball Program's Head Coach.
Pavlow holds the record for wins as a coach in Penn State Abington history with 162 career victories. The baseball team has had tremendous success in the North Eastern Athletic Conference since becoming members of the league in the 2010 season. Pavlow led the team to four regular season titles over his nine years at the helm.

Pavlow has accumulated a multitude of amateur coaching experience since 1999. Prior to his arrival at Penn State Abington, Pavlow was the assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at Rutgers-Camden.  His previous coaching positions include stints with various American Legion, high schools and travel programs. Joe was the head coach at Paul VI high school in   Haddonfield, NJ for 4 seasons.

Pavlow has a Bachelor’s in Economics from Rutgers University and a Masters in Science from Lock Haven University. He resides in Holland, PA with his wife Kim and their children Luke,  Chase and Brooke. Joe works in the athletic department at Penn State Abington as the Senior Assistant Director of Athletics.
