Megan Fox was named the head women's basketball coach at Penn State Abington on June 22, 2022.  Fox joined the Abington family after serving as the head coach at Delaware Technical Community College.  She was named the head coach at Delaware Tech in 2020 but due to the Covid-19 pandemic didn't compete until this past season.  The team clinched a postseason berth for the first time under Fox's leadership.

Prior to her arrival at Delaware Tech, Fox spent three seasons as the Varsity Girls Basketball Coach at Seaford High School in Delaware.  In just one year the team's record improved from 2-17 to 10-10.  The .500 record marked the best in over five years for the school. Fox also served as an assistant coach at Wesley College in 2015.

During her playing career, Fox played two seasons at Wilmington University, before transferring to Arcadia University where she finished her collegiate career.  During her senior season, Fox participated in the MAC Senior All-Star game.  She averaged 10.9 points and 5.4 rebounds per game during her senior campaign.  In high school, Fox was a first team all-conference player for Woodbury and lettered as a member of the track & field team.

Fox graduated from Arcadia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and went on to earn her Masters of Special Education (M.S.E.) from Wilmington.  Fox currently works as a special education math teacher at Kipp Lanning Square Middle School in New Jersey.
