Lancaster, Pa.- Penn State Abington's volleyball team dropped their opening contest of the NEAC Crossover hosted by Lancaster Bible Friday evening. The Nittany Lions (12-17) fell to Wells College 25-12, 25-22, 25-17.
 
Sophomore Sam Amaro (Philadelphia, Pa.) led the Blue and White with eight kills, while classmate Victoria Lohman (Frederick Md.) came up with 13 digs. Rachel Bohl (Philadelphia, Pa.) chipped in with seven kills and 10 digs. Sam Nelson (Doylestown, Pa.) topped Abington with 18 assists. Nelson also recorded seven digs.
 
Abington returns to action tomorrow as they play SUNYIT at 10:00 a.m., followed by Morrisville State at noon.
