Men's Soccer Shut Out Rosemont, 3-0

ABINGTON, Pa – Richard Domico (Langhorne, Pa.) scored his third goal in as many games in a 3-0 win over Rosemont (0-4) Tuesday afternoon.

The Nittany Lions (2-1) dominated in the attack with 30 shots and 12 on goal while holding the Ravens to three total shots on the game. Freshman keeper Jose Arroyo (Puerto Rico) made all three saves from the three shots.

In the 35th minute of the first half Arjol Shpuza (Philadelphia, Pa.) picked up a fortunate deflection off a defender and was able to finish for the first goal of the game and open his account.

Freshman William Kyei (Philadelphia, Pa.) recorded his second goal of the season in the 48th minute when he streaked down the left wing and finished his shot well.

Domico had 12 shots throughout the match but the forward finally got his goal when his shot was deflected in the air and the junior finished with a scrappy header in the 89th minute.

Abington looks to continue its streak when they host Immaculata Saturday afternoon at 2:00 p.m.
