KEUKA PARK, N.Y.. – Junior Dequan Jackson (Philadelphia, Pa.) netted 21 points, but it wasn't enough for the Nittany Lions, as they fell to Keuka College 73-63 on Saturday afternoon.

The Nittany Lions drop to 3-3 in the North Eastern Athletic Conference, while Keuka improves to 2-4 in conference.

The Wolfpack opened the first half with a 5-2 lead to start the game. The Nittany Lions answered with an 8-0 run fueled by layups from Yusef Savage (Philadelphia, Pa.) that forced a timeout from Keuka.

Keuka took back the lead at the 11:34 mark by hitting its shots from behind the arc. Â

Jackson hit a shot from downtown to tie the game 21-21 with almost seven minutes on the clock, but Keuka  went on a 13-4 run over the next few minutes.

Jackson finished  the half with seven of his 21 points, but Keuka still held a 41-32 edge.

Keuka held the lead the entire second half, Â but with 1:32 remaining senior Devin Jones (Philadelphia, Pa.) drove through the lane for a layup to cut the lead to three. Â Savage forced a turnover on the next possession but couldn't finish the layup.

The Wolfpack would close out the Nittany Lions with their clutch shooting from the free-throw line.

Jackson, Savage, and Jones combined for 54 out of the Nittany Lions 63 points.
Abington will continue its road trip when they travel to Wells College tomorrow with tipoff slated for noon.
