Men's Soccer Tops SUNY Cobleskill, 2-1

ABINGTON, Pa. – The Penn State Abington men's soccer team continued its success this season with a 2-1 win over SUNY Cobleskill on Saturday afternoon.

The Nittany Lions remain undefeated in the conference with a perfect 7-0 record in the NEAC and 8-1 mark overall.

Head Coach David Castellanos earns his 99th career victory with the Penn State Abington men's program with a shot at his 100th tomorrow on senior day.

The NEAC leader in goals, Hernando Villamil (Philadelphia, PA.) added another to his impressive total (13) in the 10th minute to give the Nittany Lions a 1-0 lead. Villamil took his shot and fired a low shot that curled in the far posts.

Before the half Cobleskill took advantage of the slick conditions when defender Corey Johnson cut through the Nittany Lions defense to tie the match in the 41st minute.

In the 68th minute Richard Domico (Langhorne, Pa.) broke the stalemate with his eighth goal of the season, putting him tied for third in the NEAC.

Abington will honor Domico tomorrow in the final home match of the season tomorrow against SUNY Poly at 2:00 p.m.
