CAZENOVIA, NY – The Penn State Abington women's lacrosse team wrapped up its road trip with a 19-2 loss to Cazenovia College on Sunday afternoon.
The Nittany Lions fall to 2-9 overall and 1-5 in the conference for the season.
Cazenovia held the Nittany Lions scoreless in the first half and took a commanding 11-0 lead over Abington at halftime.
Michaela Mast (Pottstown, Pa.) and
Chasidy McLaurin (Philadelphia, Pa.) were able to net goals in the second half, but it wasn't enough to shift momentum in the Nittany Lions favor.
Abington returns home to host Bryn Mawr College on Thursday afternoon at 4:00 p.m.
