ROSEMONT, Pa. – The Penn Abington women's volleyball team streaked to its third consecutive win with a 3-0 shutout of Rosemont College on Wednesday evening.

Abington improves to 6-2 overall before they enter NEAC play on Saturday.

The Nittany Lions dominated the match as they won 25-7 in the first game, took game two 25-15, and locked up the match with a 25-14 victory over the Ravens.

After being named NEAC Student Athlete of the Week, senior Sam Amaro (Philadelphia, Pa.) led the Nittany Lions with 17 kills in the attack and added five service aces for the evening.  Sophomore Cori Watson (Harleysville, Pa.) earned 13 assists in tonight's match.

Abington will travel to Bryn Athyn for its first NEAC crossover of the season, where they will face off against Keuka College on Saturday evening at 7:00 p.m.
