ABINGTON, Pa. – On the final day of the NEAC crossover the Penn State Abington women's volleyball team faced off against Morrisville State, but fell to the Mustangs 3-1 on Sunday afternoon.

Abington drops 11-6 to overall and 3-3 in the North Eastern Athletic Conference.

The Nittany Lions battled in the first set and pulled away with a 25-21 decision, but the Mustangs would charge back in the second to take the set 25-17. Morrisville State took the advantage when they won the third set 25-14. The Mustangs closed out the final set 25-18 to give them the victory.

Sam Amaro (Philadelphia, Pa.) led the Nittany Lions in kills with 13 and in digs with 11 for the game.

Abington will return to the court when they host Immaculata on Wednesday night a 7:00 p.m.
