CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. – The Penn State Abington men's soccer team earned their first conference win of the season with a 3-1 win over Wilson College on Saturday afternoon. The Nittany Lions bounce back to 3-5 for the season and 1-0 in the North Eastern Athletic Conference.

The Nittany Lions came into the game with momentum, and earned a corner in the 12^th minute. On the corner Jose Palomeque (Upper Dublin, Pa.) curled in a ball for Sean Seidenburg (Rockledge Pa.) that he headed in for his second goal of the season.  Later in the half Chris Halasa (Levittown Pa.) opened his account with a goal in the 34^th minute to take a 2-0 lead.

In the second half, the Nittany Lions held firm and Liam Scalley (Dorado, PR) scored his first collegiate goal in the 77^th minute to extend Abington's lead over Wilson. The Pheonix earned a goal back in the 84^th minute, but couldn't overcome the Nittany Lions.

Abington will be back in action with a big conference match against local rival Bryn Athyn on Wednesday afternoon at 4:00 p.m.
