LANGHORNE, PA – The Penn State Abington women's tennis team wrapped up its regular season with a perfect 9-0 shutout of Cairn University on Monday evening. The Nittany Lions finish the season with a 6-7 mark.

In doubles action the Nittany Lions cruised through the first two matches with 8-0 wins, but in the third match of the day Abington battled to an 8-5 win thanks to Pamala Dayley (Twin Falls, ID) and Isabella Blackwell (Philadelphia, PA).

Stephanie Jin (Bluebell, Pa) and Michelle Mirjani (Great Neck, NY) both shut out their opponents in the first and second singles match to give the Nittany Lions the win.

Abington travel to Clarks Summit and will face off against Lancaster Bible in the NEAC Semifinal on Wednesday at 6:00 p.m.
