The Wildcats wasted no time scoring their first goal within the first 3 minutes of the game by freshman Kaelan Cronan. Despite 5 saves by senior goalkeeper
Samantha Friend, the Wildcats were up 4-0 after the first half.

Penn College continued to capitalize after halftime with 2 goals by Morgan Brooks & Kaelan Cronan.

The Nittany Lions were only able to get 3 shots on goal throughout the game, but were stopped by the Wildcats duo goalkeepers Charlie Marshall and Taylor Gonzales.

Penn State Abington will travel to Gwynedd Mercy on September 11, to face the Griffins for a nonconference match at 6:00p.m.
