WASHINGTON, DC- The Penn State Abington women's basketball team dropped their first NEAC game on the road to Gallaudet University on Wednesday evening with a final score of 95-82. Abington is now 7-7 overall and 4-2 in conference.
Earlier in the season, the Nittany Lions hosted Gallaudet on November 28
thand defeated the Bison at home 75-69. But this evening, the Nittany Lions could not keep up with the pace of the Bison's offense. The Bison ended the first and third quarter with a 10+ point advantage over the Nittany Lions (24-13 end of 1
st) and (31-20 end of 3
rd).

Shayna Rodriguez (Philadelphia, PA) powered the Nittany Lions offense with her second double-double of the season scoring 30 points and collecting 10 rebounds. Junior
Sydney Barrow (Philadelphia, PA) scored her career high in a Nittany Lion uniform with 21 points. Two other Nittany Lions scored double digits, including sophomore
Iman Richmond (Chicago, IL) with 10 and junior
Laquana Nagbe (Philadelphia, PA) with 14.
Next up Abington will host Lancaster Bible this Saturday Jan. 19 for a 1:00pm conference game.
