MORRISVILLE, NY. – The Penn State Abington women's soccer team snapped its losing streak with a 1-0 win over Morrisville State on Sunday afternoon. After the win the Nittany Lions improve to 4-9 and 2-5 in the conference.

Sophomore Taylor Perkowski scored the game's lone goal in the 25^th minute for her team leading sixth of the season.

The Nittany Lions defense shut down the Mustangs attack with junior goalkeeper Morgan O'Loughlin making three saves off of seven shots.

Abington will return home on Saturday for a crucial game against Wells College on Saturday afternoon at 3:00 p.m.
