ABINGTON, P.A.- The Penn State Abington women's tennis team picked up their third win of the season today, after defeating Rutgers-Camden 5-4. Abington improves to 3-7 on the season.

The Nittany Lions started the day off by taking two of the three doubles competitions. Michelle Mirjani (Great Neck, NY) and Marta Tymchenko (Trevose, PA) teamed up at the No.1 flight before defeating their opponents 8-3. Stephanie Jin (Bluebell, PA) and Isabella Blackwell (Philadelphia, PA) captured Abington's second win of the day at No.2 doubles with a 8-5 victory.

Abington and the Scarlett Raptors split their singles competitions with wins from Michelle Mirjani, Isabella Blackwell, and Michelle Ly (Shirley, NY).

Up next, Abington will face NEAC opponent Penn College tomorrow for a 11:00am match.
