ABINGTON, PA. – Looking for their first win in the division, the Penn State Abington men's basketball team hosted Gallaudet, but couldn't top the Bison in a 70-53 loss on Saturday afternoon. After the loss the Nittany Lions fall to 7-11 overall and 2-7 in the conference.

In the first half the Nittany Lions sloppy play killed their offensive output only scoring 17 points in the first half.  The Bison had the hot hand shooting making 44 percent of their shots from the field which helped them take a 34-17 lead at the break.

Gallaudet pushed their lead to 20 in the second half and had control of the game. Although the Nittany Lions matched the Bison for points in the second half, they couldn't make a run to force overtime.

Abington hits the road this Wednesday when they travel to Penn College looking for their first win in the division, with tip off slated for a 5:00 p.m. start.
