How It Happened

That was until senior Mike Thomas connected with a header shot for his second goal of the season to tie the game at 1-1 in the 80th minute.  Junior Roan Vadakan was credited with the assist on the play after setting up Thomas with a pass just left of the box.

* Minutes later in the 84th minute the Nittany Lions found the back of the net for the second time.  Junior Arsene Bado collected the rebounded ball from junior Eljo Agolli's shot that hit off the cross bar.  It marked Bado's third goal of the season.

* Over the final seven minutes of regulation neither team managed a shot as the Nittany Lions preserved the one goal victory.

* Penn College scored the game's first goal in the 39th minute when Matt Neeson scored an unassisted goal for his second tally of the season.
