How It Happened

* Ironically enough an own goal knocked in by a Berks defender turned out to be the game-winning goal for Abington as the Nittany Lions netted four second-half goals.  The own goal broke a 1-1 tie in the 51st minute.

* Minutes later Abington made it a 3-1 game when junior Laurence Narcisi finished off a cross-pass from sophomore Frankie Rafferty.  It marked Narcisi's fourth goal of the season coming in the 57th minute.

* Later in the half it was Rafferty's turn to find the back of the net with Narcisi assisting on the score.  The two combined for another score in the 71st minute to make the score 4-1.

* Abington added another goal in the 76th minute as sophomore Mohamed Konneh tallied his second score of the game.  Sophomore Frank Monaco was credited with the assist on Konneh's score.

* Berks broke a scoreless tie with less than five minutes remaining in the opening half.  Terridine Grant scored his fourth goal of the season to give Berks a 1-0 lead.

* Berks' lead didn't last long, in fact it didn't last more than two minutes, as Konneh tied the game at 1-1 after receiving a pass from sophomore Temur Temirov in the 43rd minute.
