How It Happened (Game 1)

* Senior Jake Fallers hit two clutch home runs in the game for his first career multi-homer game.  His solo home run in the fourth gave Abington a 3-2 advantage.  Fallers then homered in the seventh; this time a two-run homer that gave the Nittany Lions a 7-3 lead.

* Keystone cut the deficit down to 7-5 with two runs in the eighth thanks to a two-run hit by Jacob Yager.

* In the top half of the ninth, Abington took advantage of a throwing error by the Giants.  With junior Cory DiMario on second, senior Gaetan Grandelli dropped down a bunt that he beat out at first.  On the play, DiMario scored from second taking advantage of the Keystone miscue.

* The run in the ninth by the Nittany Lions turned out to be the most important run of the game as the Giants' Andy Rivas connected on a two-run homer in the bottom of the inning to make it an 8-7 game. However, sophomore James Torpey, who entered the game in relief in the seventh, got the next two batters to pop out to end the inning and secure the win for the Nittany Lions.

How It Happened (Game 2)

* Abington took an early 1-0 lead after taking advantage of a Keystone fielding error with two outs in the inning.  With the bases loaded, senior Josh McGee reached base after his grounder to third was misplayed allowing all runners to advance on the play.  Senior Shane Fillman, who earlier in the inning reached on an infield hit, scored from third.

* The Abington lead was erased in the bottom of the first when Rivas hit his second home run on the day with a three-run shot over the left field fence.
