Biography

One of the outstanding rookies on the 2018 Penn State Abington baseball team, Patrick McDonald made a major impact on the mound for the Nittany Lions.  His first collegiate start Patrick went 3.2 innings.  Patrick was among the team leaders for innings pitched and wins. Patrick also picked up the team’s first win of the year verse Emerson College on 3/4/2018 throwing a complete game 4 hitter.

Baseball 2018: Started 8 games for the Nittany Lions. Posted a 4.06 ERA with 51 innings pitched and a 4-1 record.

 

High School: Lansdale Catholic High School, graduating in 2017

 
Personal: Born 2-19-99…Nicknamed “Patty Mac"... Turf Grass Science major at Penn State University Abington…Patrick is the son of Michael and Nancy McDonald of North Wales PA.
