Box Score The Penn State Abington  men's lacrosse team dropped a 22-0 decision to Hilbert College, losing the first North Eastern Athletic Conference game of the season on Saturday afternoon. The loss slips abington to 0-4 overall on the season while Hilbert College starts the season 1-0 overall.

Hilbert College jumped out to a 7-0 lead during first period, before closing out the first half with eight more goals to hold the Nittany Lions at bay, 15-0.

Abington  managed to win 8 of the 22 faceoffs and get off five shots for the entire game.

Netminder Trevor Jones came up with eight saves in the game.

The Nittany Lions will look for the first win as they return to action next Saturday, hosting the home opener against Alvernia University at 1 p.m. at Germantown Academy.
