The Penn State Abington men's tennis posted a 9-0 win over Bryn Athyn College this afternoon.
The Nittany Lions are now 5-1 on the season while Bryn Athyn dropped its first match of the season.
Abington began play by taking all three double courts as
Jordan Domsky and Matt Wolff won by an 8-1 score at No. 1 doubles.
Duos
Nigel Hopkinson and
Ross Raddi won an 8-0 margin at No. 2 doubles as
Robert Raddi and
Dan Steinberg, who played his first match of the season, closed out the third spot with an 8-1 decision.
In singles play, the Nittany Lions kept the momentum rolling as Hopkinson won 6-1, 6-1 at No. 1 while Domsky clinched the No. 2 spot by a 6-0, 6-2 score.
Wolff was victorious by a 6-1, 6-2 score at No. 3 singles as
Ross Raddi followed suit with a 6-1, 6-0 score.
Howell kept the winning streak alive off a 6-0, 6-1 decision as
Anthony Hui wrapped up the match on a 6-0, 6-0 at No. 6 singles.
Abington will return to action tomorrow on the road as it takes on Arcadia University for the 4 p.m. match time.
