Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 YORK, Pa. – The Penn State Abington volleyball team dropped a pair of matches today as the Lady Lions opened play at the York College Invitational.

Abington (7-12) opened the day with a 3-0 (25-14, 25-12, 25-19) loss to host York College, before dropping a 3-0 (25-16, 26-19, 25-14) match to #17 Stevenson University.

Abby Millan (El Paso, Texas) continued her strong play versus York and led Abington with five kills and three digs. Victoria Lohman (Frederick, Md.) finished with 14 digs, while Sam Nelson dished out eight assists.

Brittany Hicks led York with a match-high seven kills.

Heather Kobrzynski (Chalfont, Pa.) and Kate Schalck (Warminster, Pa.) both led the offense for Abington versus Stevenson with four kills each. Cricket Lennon dished out 13 assists, while Millan and Lohman tallied 10 digs each.

Abington is right back at it tomorrow at the York College Tournament with matches versus Rowan University (12 p.m.) and FDU-Florham (2 p.m.)
