CLARKS SUMMIT, PA. – After a 5-1 win in the NEAC semifinal the Penn State Abington men's tennis team fell in the championship match to Penn State Berks 5-1 on Saturday afternoon.
Abington fell to Penn State Berks in all three doubles matches with a tough 8-6 loss in the top flight, an 8-0 defeat in the second doubles match, and an 8-3 loss in the third match.
In singles action,
Andrew Mandujano (Philadelphia, PA) won the only point for the Nittany Lions with a 6-0, 6-1 win in the no. 5 singles match.
Abington will continue in the NEAC individual tournament held tonight and tomorrow morning.
