Box Score LANGHORNE, PA. – In their opening match of the season the Penn State Abington men's tennis team faced off against Cairn University, but fell to the Highlanders 7-2 on Saturday afternoon.
The Nittany Lions picked up their first point of the match in doubles action when
Andrew Brown and
Philip Belotserkovsky earned a hard fought point with an 8-6 win at the top flight.
Abington picked up another point when
Adam Moskal earned a 6-1, 6-2 decision at the three spot for the Nittany Lions.
Abington will be back in action on Thursday when they travel to Albright College with the match starting at 3:00 p.m.
