Softball Rained Out on Final Day of Spring Break Trip

Little River, S.C. - The Penn State Abington softball team's Spring Break Trip to Myrtle Beach has been cut short as Thursday's games at the Fastpitch Dreams Spring Classic have been canceled due to rain in the area. The Nittany Lions were scheduled to face Montclair State University and Alvernia University. Both games will not be rescheduled.

Abington finished its Spring Break Trip with a 4-2 record and will resume play on Saturday, March 18 with a non-conference doubleheader at Neumann University. Game one is currently slated for 1 p.m.
