Abington Competes at Bill Butler Invitational

RESULTS

West Chester, Pa. – The Penn State Abington men's track & field team were back in action on Saturday as the Nittany Lions took part in the annual Bill Butler Invitational hosted by West Chester University at John A. Farrell Stadium.

Meet Highlights
 
* The 4x100-meter relay team of Charles Langley, Colin Chan, Raphael Alila, Jr. and Israel Coleman set a new school record in the event as the team finished eighth overall in a time of 48.73 seconds.
 
* In the 400-meters, freshman Mo Udisi nearly broke the school record of 55.74 seconds as he finished in 56.16 seconds setting a new personal-best.
 
* Junior Jordan Wilson also came close to a school record in the 100-meters.  Wilson finished in 12.88 seconds to set a new personal-best and slightly missing the program's top mark of 12.29 seconds.
 
Next Up
Abington returns to action next weekend as the Nittany Lions compete in the Widener University Invitational.  Day one of the two-day event begins on Friday, April 21 at 3 p.m.
