LATHAM, NY. – The Penn State Abington women's tennis team traveled to its first NAC/NEAC crossover tournament, but the Nittany Lions couldn't overcome power house Colby-Sawyer with a 9-0 loss on Sunday afternoon.
Abington battled in throughout the doubles matches but came away empty handed giving the Chargers a run, but couldn't pull ahead.
In singles action, the sixth flight between Christine Hill and
Sam Amaro proved by be the most competitive match but the Nittany Lions fell 6-2, 6-2.
Abington ends its NEAC West Championship season with six players being named to All-Conference with an 8-6 record.
